Instructions

Prep the Crockpot: Place the short ribs into your crockpot.

Add Flavor: Top with sliced onion, smashed garlic cloves, smoked paprika, cumin, and tomato bouillon.

Slow Cook: Cover and set to HIGH for 5 hours, turning ribs every 2 hours.
