Classic Grilled Chicken Drumsticks

INGREDIENTS:

  • 8 Born & Raised chicken drumsticks
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for heat)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Pat drumsticks dry. Place in a large bowl or zip-top bag. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat.
  • In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, smoked paprika, ground mustard, cayenne (if using), salt, and pepper. Rub mixture evenly over drumsticks.
  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat (~375–400°F). Oil the grates.
  • Place drumsticks on the grill. Cook for 20–25 minutes, turning every 5–6 minutes for even cooking and charring. Internal temp should reach 175°F (80°C) for juicy meat.
  • Let rest 5 minutes before serving. Great with grilled veggies or corn on the cob.
