Yields approximately 400 pounds of beef.

This is a non-refundable pre-order deposit of $400 that will reserve your spot. Customers will be billed for an additional $3600 prior to delivery. Delivery dates are scheduled approximately 6-8 weeks after ordering. You will be notified if your delivery date will be later.

The breakdown of cuts is is as follows:

  • 50% Ground Beef

  • 30% Roasts (Chuck, Rump, Short Ribs, Round, Stew Meat, Osso Bucco, Brisket x2)

  • 20% Steaks (Filet, NY Strip, Boneless Ribeye, Bone-In Ribeye, Sirloin, Skirt, Bavette, Tri Tip)
