*Pre-Order* Whole Cow (400 lbs)

This is a non-refundable pre-order for a Whole Cow (400 lbs) that will hold your spot. You will need to pay an additional $3600 prior to delivery.

Pre-ordering will be on a first come, first served basis and will require a 10% non-refundable payment of the beef share you would like to order. This will go towards the final payment which you are welcome to go ahead and pay but will need to be paid prior to delivery.

We have a very limited amount of spots for June and July but will have plenty of spots throughout August and will continue processing through the end of the year. I will email you a broad delivery range after you pre-order and will confirm an exact delivery date as soon as I can.

The breakdown is as follows:

• 50% Ground Beef
  
• 30% Roasts (Chuck, Rump, Short Ribs, Round, Stew Meat, Osso Bucco, Brisket x2)
• 20% Steaks (Filet, NY Strip, Boneless Ribeye, Bone-In Ribeye, Sirloin, Skirt, Bavette, Tri Tip)
