DESCRIPTION

Yields approximately 50 pounds of beef. 

This is a non-refundable pre-order deposit of $60 that will reserve your spot. Customers will be billed for an additional $540 prior to delivery. Delivery dates are scheduled approximately 4-6 weeks after ordering. You will be notified if your delivery date will be later.

Bulk beef shares are only available for order twice a year. 

The breakdown of cuts is is as follows:

  • 50% Ground Beef

  • 30% Roasts (Chuck, Rump, Short Ribs, Round, Stew Meat, Osso Bucco, Brisket)

  • 20% Steaks (Filet, NY Strip, Boneless Ribeye, Bone-In Ribeye, Sirloin, Skirt, Bavette, Tri Tip)

  • * Does not include any organs: heart, liver, kidney, etc.
