Our products are locally sourced on our North East Texas land. 

Our meat is not shipped from outside states or countries. 

Our beef is grass-fed, a buzzy phrase these days, but let’s dive in a little deeper.

Our cattle eat grass, not soy-based grain, from birth to processing.

Why is this important?

Grass-fed cows are inherently leaner, healthier, and carry higher levels of healthy omega 3 fats.

This also means higher vitamin and mineral content in the meat. 

This creates a “total package” of nutrition for anyone looking to get healthier. 

Lastly, our beef is grass-finished.

This is our biggest differentiator as other options in Texas may offer local or grass-fed beef. But few, if any, finish their cows on grass.
